，由于振动筛的工作条件特殊，因此，材料选购非常重要，特别是关键部件的材料。当前市场产品质量良莠不齐，市场竞争不规范，所以，对振动筛材料要进行择优采购，对进货质量进行复检并建立档案。我国振动筛状况与制造企业有直接关系。第二，要按用户要求选择材料，把进货品质证书归档、保存作为产品质量跟踪分析的判断。第三，材料控制内容。一是按合格分包方要求选择供货企业，建立产品质量跟踪制度，对供货企业进行动态评估。二是对

除了形位控制和粗糙度控制外，最重要的是焊接变形控制。焊接件变形大是我国振动筛与国外产品的主要差距之一，主要是钢材焊接出现的变形，其变形量能达几毫米。筛框的纵梁、给料箱、后挡板、具有箱式振动器的直线筛主梁两侧连接板都存在这个问题，国外产品焊接件保持平直，无可见变形，其中不乏具有连续长焊缝的焊接件。筛框构件多为焊接件，国内企业普遍采用单一的手工电弧焊，这种方法常用于小件焊接，但用于主梁 30mm 以上的中厚板则须多遍施焊，导致效率低且焊皮清理不净，容易形成夹渣等缺陷。近代制造业已广泛使用 CO2气体保护焊，焊接成本较低、易于操作，用细焊丝时焊件变形小，焊缝抗锈、抗裂性好，电弧热量集中且穿透力强，能取代手工电弧焊。此外，埋弧焊对30mm 以上中厚板焊接具有良好的适用性，其筛框钢材均为低碳钢，具有良好的可焊性，但筛框的结构与受力状态远不同于一般钢结构与压力容器，所以，按工件的具体条件来选择焊接方法，制订焊接工艺，在制造过程中，要严格实施焊接工艺才能解决变形问题。
