02 高速跟踪机构

采用高频马达修边电机，快速、稳定，对前后两端封边带，进行精准的仿形圆角修边。

压紧接触面积大，具有更好的压紧定位效果。

02 预铣机构
Pre-milling Unit
标配40mm预铣机构，可修正板材封边面，使封边条与板材能贴合更紧密，整体性和美观度更佳。
Standard with 40T pre-milling cutter, to trim off the defects of panel surface, and thus to achieve a close sticking and a better edge results.
03 预热
Pre-heating Unit
预热板件，提升封边带的粘合效果。
Workpiece pre-heats to improve a better edging result.
04 两组五轮压贴
Five-wheel Pressing
强力压合边带，提高封边粘合效果。
Strongly press edge tape to improve edge banding effect.
05 双导轨齐头机构
Double-Rail End Cutting
快速切断前后封边带，前后单独导轨配置，提高效率。
Realize fast cutting both ends to improve accuracy and efficiency.
06 往复式抛光
Reciprocating Buffing
清除残余粘胶，使板材更光滑。

07 压梁自动定位

快速切换加工不同厚度的板件，减少调机时间，提高效率。

08 自动润滑系统

根据机器运转的时间，定时自动给导轨注油。
