Product Introduction:
In accordance with the provisions of the first law of General Rule 2331 of the fourth part of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China, the products of Zhongsewalker Chinese Medicine sulfur dioxide residue tester are used to determine the sulfur dioxide residue in medicinal materials or decoction pieces after sulfur fumigation.
The main principle of the detection method provided in the pharmacopoeia is to treat the Chinese medicinal materials by distillation, and the sulfite series substances in the sample are converted into sulfur dioxide after acid treatment, and then brought into the absorption bottle containing hydrogen peroxide with the nitrogen stream. The hydrogen peroxide oxidized it into sulfate ions, and the acid base titration method was used to determine the residual sulfur dioxide in the medicinal materials and pieces.
On the basis of strictly following the requirements of pharmacopoeia, the product integrates the functions of heating, distillation, water circulation and nitrogen blowing into one, which can provide 3-5 samples (blank samples, parallel samples) at the same time, thus greatly improving the accuracy of detection data and reducing the working time.
