三、TCGB-19型电动土工布取样器结构与调整：
1、切刀刀片为双面刀片，具有四片，为圆外接四等分均布。刀片可以更换，具体操作为：松开件5十字螺钉（每片上有4颗螺钉），取下件6刀片压板与件4取样刀片，换上新的刀片，压上件6刀片压板，注意使刀片口为顺时针切向并使四片刀口处于同一平面，然后拧紧5十字螺钉即可。
2、仪器底部有真纹刻痕，用于固定式样，便于切割，防止试样打滑。
3、波纹手轮下有滚花刻盘，可以用来调整所切厚度，具体做法为：松开件3锁紧螺钉，旋转件2滚花刻盘（顺时针减少，逆时针增加）。至所取厚度值，锁紧件3锁紧螺钉即可。

2、将待织物平铺软木垫上，将圆盘取样器放在织物上，一手扶住外罩7，一手握住波纹手轮1，并旋加一定压力，然后顺时针旋转波纹手轮1（转角>90度）即可将圆试样截取。
五、TCGB-19型电动土工布取样器注意事项：
1、本仪器刀片刀口很锋利，使用中不得将手放在底部，以免损伤。
2、本仪器裁取试样应在软木垫上进行，仪器不用时擦拭干净，置于仪器盒中，以免仪器损坏。
使用一段时间后如刀片不锋利，按3.1条更换刀片。
